I center compassion and curiosity in respects to your intersectional identities and the ways they shape your lived experiences. While we may orient our work towards goals that include self-growth, it is essential that we also examine the systems you are also navigating and surviving and the role identity plays in that process. Part of my ethical practice involves questioning the expectation that individuals must develop “resilience” on their own while being impacted by systemic oppression. While I believe therapy can play a major role in facilitating growth and healing, it is important to be mindful of falling into patterns that reinforce pressures of productivity and perfectionism.
Identity Matters!
My specialty is working with

Whether you’re navigating relationships, exploring gender identity, or managing women’s health concerns, I offer an affirming space where you can safely explore your identity and experiences and receive support.

As a queer-identified clinician, it brings me great joy to work with other LGBTQ+ community members. Our community can experience higher rates of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. I provide a compassionate, affirming space to explore these experiences, foster healing, and engage in radical, special acts of queer joy.
-
Working in helping professions like healthcare, education, and social services can lead to high levels of vicarious trauma and burnout. You deserve a space to explore how to navigate impacts from workplace stressors.
-
I work with individuals and couples navigating ethical non-monogamy in its many forms. Whether you are struggling with relationship stressors, exploring if non-monogamy is right for you, or just want a therapist that gets it, you are in the right place!
-
Managing chronic conditions is often a marathon, not a sprint. Whether you’re new to exploring identity as a disabled person or facing the stress of navigating complex medical systems, you deserve a space where you are truly seen and treated with dignity and respect. I believe in holistic care and being able to gauge your whole picture of wellbeing.
