My Approach to Therapy
As a clinician, I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to your healing. You deserve a space that can be tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey! You can expect transparency and collaboration while we build a therapeutic relationship and determine how to navigate your concerns.
I take an integrative approach that utilizes a variety of modalities I deeply align with, but how that applies to you and your goals can look many different ways. A guiding value in how I approach my work is being intentional about intersectional identities. So much of what makes us who we are and how we experience the world around us is shaped by identity. Whether our identities overlap or not, I aim to cultivate a therapeutic space that is mindful and intentional about how intersectionality shows up uniquely for you.
A speciality offering to my clients is the opportunity to incorporate mindfulness and somatic practice into session. That may look like taking time to destress or decompress via guided meditation or somatic movement.

Modalities I Use
Relational Therapy
You deserve a therapeutic space that truly meets you where you are. The relationship we co-create in therapy can become a powerful launching pad for healing and corrective experiences. With a tailored, relational approach, you can start showing up more authentically—in your relationships, your communities, and in your life.
Somatic Therapy
Many people turn to somatic therapy when they notice themselves feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking or trying to “talk” themselves out of anxiety, panic, or overwhelm. Somatic therapy offers a different path—a bottom-up approach that focuses on the wisdom of your nervous system and bodily sensations to guide healing. You don’t need to have a perfect relationship with your body to begin this work. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are.
IFS: Internal Family Systems
Have you ever felt torn between different parts of yourself, each wanting something different? Kinda like when a part of you wants to shake things up and try something new, while another part of you is saying, absolutely not…that’s parts work! Together, we’ll gently explore and support these parts, helping you align your actions with your values and cultivate a more embodied, compassionate relationship with yourself.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based modality that can support with processing difficult memories and experiences through bilateral stimulation.
Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD
Have you ever felt stuck in a loop where part of you knows something is unlikely, but another part keeps asking, “But what if…?” That tug‑of‑war between your lived experience and those sticky “what if” thoughts is at the heart of how OCD shows up. With I‑CBT, we slow down and get curious about how your mind builds those stories, so you can gently step out of them and back into what’s actually happening in the present. Together, we’ll work on trusting your own senses and values more than the doubt, so you can spend less time in rituals and worry—and more time living the life you care about.
